On this page you can contact ATC to suggest changes to the service, ask for changes to transit times, route times, etc. You can contact us to claim.
Within 14 days we will answer you to provide an explanation of what you told us. It’s important for us to know what you think, only then can we give you a better service and closer to your needs.

After 90 days from submission to ATC ESERCIZIO it is possible to send a report to the Transport Regulatory Authority in accordance with regulation (EU) no. 181/2011 regarding the rights of bus passengers, as follows:
